As a former Special Forces (Green Beret) we had to always be proficient on multiple firearms. During my time in the military I had developed a series of targets that I can quickly printout to focus in on the fundamentals. These series of targets are broken down into box sizes and distances to the target. When approaching a range session, quickly warmup on accuracy then start pushing the gun for speed. If you miss, slow it down then speed up until you miss again. Develop the understanding of speed and accuracy I hope these series of targets will help you as much as it did me. Target 1
I like to run this course of fire for time once I warmup on accuracy. Standard is 40s with no misses at 3m from target. Add a sec for every miss.

Target 2
I like to use this drill for grouping on a 2" box. Grouping drill is to put 3rds into a group on each box. 3m from target

Target 3
I like to use this drill for speed. Put 5rds as fast as you accurately in each block. This target is also a great beginner target to establish fundamentals and grouping. 5meter from target
