Instruction is designed to work on the specific skills of moving from primary to secondary weapon. Shooters will learn when and why to transition between rifle & pistol. This course will stress the importance of speed and economy of motion. Course will cover Emergency Transitions, planned transitions, primary and secondary weapon placement, economy of motions and decisions making under stress.

Instructions will work on the specific dynamic skills needed to effectively execute precise application of lethal force while employing a shotgun. Combat Shotgun is different from sports or recreational shotgun courses because it focuses on the dynamic application of combat and tactical fundamentals pertaining to a shotgun.

Instructions will teach students the solid fundamentals of marksmanship pertaining to proficient operation of the scoped rifle. Students will learn how to effectively judge and estimate distance, read wind, use of the common reticules, shooting positions and platforms, and how to account for other environmental variables and how those variables are accounted for through manipulation of their optic systems. Upon completing this course, students will be able to effectively engage targets at various distances.

Instructions on the basic use of an edge weapon. Students will be taught the use of a curved, fixed, ring, folding, or improvised blade at conversational distances under stress. Edge weapons course will cover anatomy, effective blade placement and the capability and limitations of a variety of knives.
