Free Target Downloads
As a former Special Forces (Green Beret) we had to always be proficient on multiple firearms. During my time in the military I had developed a series of targets that I can quickly printout to focus in on the fundamentals. These series of targets are broken down into box sizes and distances to the target. When approaching a range session, quickly warmup on accuracy then start pushing the gun for speed. If you miss, slow it down then speed up until you miss again. Develop the understanding of speed and accuracy I hope these series of targets will help you as much as it did me. Target 1
I like to run this course of fire for time once I warmup on accuracy. Standard is 40s with no misses at 3m from target. Add a sec for every miss.

Target 2
I like to use this drill for grouping on a 2" box. Grouping drill is to put 3rds into a group on each box. 3m from target

Target 3
I like to use this drill for speed. Put 5rds as fast as you accurately in each block. This target is also a great beginner target to establish fundamentals and grouping. 5meter from target

Understand the importance of SIZE of the target, DISTANCE to the Target and SHOOTERS ability. These series of targets will reinforce this understanding.

TACTICAL CARBINE
TRAINING

Rōnin Tactical Carbine Course is a block of instructions building on the fundamentals required to effectively shoot either in a sport or lethal application. Course will cover Mindset, Ballistics, Choosing Kit, target identification, rifle theory, combat marksmanship, proper weapons manipulation, and shooting under stress. Tactical Carbine is ideal for any skill level of individual looking to take their carbine shooting and proficiency to the next level.

Rōnin Tactical Pistol Course is a block of instructions building on the fundamentals required to effectively shoot either in a sport or lethal application. Course will cover Mindset, Ballistics, Choosing Kit, target identification, pistol theory, combat marksmanship, proper weapons manipulation, and shooting under stress. Tactical Pistol is ideal for any skill level of individual looking to take their pistol shooting and proficiency to the next level.

Carbine/ Pistol
TRAINING

Instruction is designed to work on the specific skills of moving from primary to secondary weapon. Shooters will learn when and why to transition between rifle & pistol. This course will stress the importance of speed and economy of motion. Course will cover Emergency Transitions, planned transitions, primary and secondary weapon placement, economy of motions and decisions making under stress.

COMBAT SHOTGUN COURSE

Instructions will work on the specific dynamic skills needed to effectively execute precise application of lethal force while employing a shotgun. Combat Shotgun is different from sports or recreational shotgun courses because it focuses on the dynamic application of combat and tactical fundamentals pertaining to a shotgun.

PRECISION GUN COURSE
TRAINING

Instructions will teach students the solid fundamentals of marksmanship pertaining to proficient operation of the scoped rifle. Students will learn how to effectively judge and estimate distance, read wind, use of the common reticules, shooting positions and platforms, and how to account for other environmental variables and how those variables are accounted for through manipulation of their optic systems. Upon completing this course, students will be able to effectively engage targets at various distances.

Edge Weapons
TRAINING

Instructions on the basic use of an edge weapon. Students will be taught the use of a curved, fixed, ring, folding, or improvised blade at conversational distances under stress. Edge weapons course will cover anatomy, effective blade placement and the capability and limitations of a variety of knives.
