a. Currently, we do not offer any Military, Police, or LEO discounts for individual orders.
b. We do offer discounts on bulk orders. Discount rate is dependent on order quantity. Please email us for further information.
c. All sales, discounts, and/or coupon codes are made publicly known through our social media and website platforms.
3. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: Processing and shipping are two different components of filling your order.
a. Processing: Can take up to 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and usually this time is shorter, but please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be filled and sent for shipment to you. If this period will be longer, a member of our team will contact you.
b. Shipping: This time is dependent on the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive an email containing all your order and tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package and find an estimated delivery time using your tracking number through the carrier’s website.
4. EXPRESS SHIPMENT POLICY:
a. FedEx Express shipments (2nd day and Overnight), require an Adult Signature (person age 21 or older) at time of receipt. If you wis to have this signature waived, please let us know in the notes of your order or send us an email.
b. Express shipments are processed as our top priority and usually ship within 1-2 business days.
5. SHIPMENT TO APO ADDRESSES:
We will gladly ship to APO addresses. When ordering online, please select a random state in the address portion then enter the full correct address in the notes section. You can also send us an email with the correct address if you are having difficulty with the online form. If there are any issues with your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
a. For all international orders (any order shipping outside the U.S.) please email us with your order request, including your shipping address and phone number. A member of our team will contact you and provide and an invoice for the requested products.
7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
a. We offer a 30-day exchange/return policy. For further details, please refer to the Return and Exchange policy found on the website or included with your order.

At this time, we have no distributors and are not seeking to add any. We appreciate your interest in carrying the Ronin brand, but we remain the sole distributor of all Ronin products.
9. BACK ORDERS:
a. The typical lead time for a backordered item is 2-3 weeks from the time of processing. Once the items are back in stock, orders are filled and shipped in the order they were received.
b. We do our best to let our customers know when their product is on back order but cannot always speak to each customer individually. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please feel free to email us.
