Standard lead times for backordered items is between 7-10 business days from time of processing, however that period could be longer. If you need your order expedited, we ask that you place your shipping requirements in the comment section of your order, or via email. We will do our best to to meet all shipping requests, and orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Ronin Tactics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If an order has excessive shipping costs we will make 3 attempts to contact you to advise you of the costs. Our main carriers are FedEx for United States shipments and USPS for APO shipments.

We will gladly ship to APO addresses. When ordering online, please put a full, US address (such as home or billing) in the address portion then enter the full correct address in the notes section. You can also send us an email with the correct address if you are having difficulty with the online form. If there are any issues with your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone. EXCHANGES
We offer 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping fees, for which you will be invoiced. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the order number, and return to the following address on the left. (ALL sizes in XXL and XXXL are final sales) RETURNS AND REFUNDS We offer 30 calendar days to return an item for a refund from the date of receipt. There is a 10-15% restocking fee for returned items. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Once we receive your order, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your product or refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and you will receive an email stating your refund has been processed.
