SHIPPING
Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. Standard lead times for backordered items is between 14-21 business days from time of processing, however that period could be longer. If you need your order expedited, we ask that you place your shipping requirements in the comment section of your order, or via email. We will do our best to to meet all shipping requests, and orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please feel free to contact us with questions or concerns regarding the status of your order. |

If you have a deadline to meet, Express shipping is highly recommended. Please keep in we only select "Business Days" - Saturday Deliveries is requested with additional charges. EXPRESS SHIPPING

Due to high demand, all items may not be in stock at the time of purchase as our inventory changes daily. If an item is on backorder, generally we will ship the items in stock and contact you to offer some options regarding the item on backorder. In some cases, backordered items may delay the processing and shipment of the entire order. Ronin Tactics uses FedEx and USPS for shipping, and observes all Federal Holidays. Generally, flat-rate shipping charges are determined based on product weight. Shipping cost will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated, your order is not insured. If you want your order insured, please indicate at the time of checkout. We will determine the cost of shipping and insurance, process and ship the order. If you want to be notified of the cost before your order is shipped, please indicate at the time of checkout and we will make 3 attempts to contact you.

Please be advised that FedEx & UPS & USPS shipments are not insured and once the order is shipped and accepted by FedEx & UPS & USPS Ronin Tactics carries no further responsibility for the order.
Ronin Tactics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If an order has excessive shipping costs we will make 3 attempts to contact you to advise you of the costs. Our main carriers are FedEx for United States shipments and USPS for APO shipments.
*APO SHIPMENTS* Ronin Tactics DOES ACCEPT orders to ship APO address. Ronin Tactics is not responsible once items have shipped. For APO addresses, please select a random state when filling in the address, then enter the correct full address in the notes section of your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES
We offer 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping fees, for which you will be invoiced. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the order number, and return to the following address on the left. RETURNS AND REFUNDS We offer 30 calendar days to return an item for a refund from the date of receipt. There is a 10-15% restocking fee for returned items. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Once we receive your order, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your product or refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and you will receive an email stating your refund has been processed.
