(Beginner to Immediate Skill Level)
- There are hundreds of styles of hand-to-hand combat. Most of these traditional fighting systems are based on the influence of time, location, environment, culture tradition...etc. I have studied many forms and styles of unarmed combat and employ my teachings in close quarters combat, what I found was you can not crystallized a form or a belief… it must be free floating, non-conforming, shapeless…ever-changing.
Ronin Unarmed Combative Seminar will be a 3 Hr block of instruction on the lethal and defensive application of real world unarmed conflict. Students will be taught the real world employment of hand-to-hand and how this pertains to life threatening situations against an armed or unarmed threat. Students will walk away understanding the elements of surprise, speed, violence of action and how this is relevant in unarmed conflicts.
