Basic M4 Rifle Marksmanship Data
- Maximum Range – 3,600 meters
- Max Effective Range for Point Target- 500 meters
- Max Effective Range for an Area Target- 600 meters
Of course there are a lot of variables to this basic data.
The Ronin Tactics Precision Course will now open up to all types of Rifles. We will have two season Special Operations snipers teaching you on your individual type of rifle. Weather it’s a standard M4 to a high precision Sniper Rifle. Learn how to properly true your weapon, understand ballistics and the environmental effects on your shot to make a long distance hit.
There will be two Instructors and the class will be divided to tailor to your individual weapon systems. Come out and study how to effectively maximize your weapon system.
-For my hunters- This is a great opportunity to true your rifle prior to hunting season. Our steel target range is zone out to 1000m.
We will also run a vehicle interdiction course- this means you will hit steel targets around vehicles and barricades.
Come train with Team Ronin- we leverage year of real world experience… providing a nonsense approach to training.
This 6 Hrs block of Instructions will teach students the solid fundamentals of marksmanship pertaining to proficient operation of the scoped rifle. Students will learn how to effectively judge and estimate distance, read wind, use of the common reticules, shooting positions and platforms, and how to account for other environmental variables and how those variables are accounted for through manipulation of their optic systems. Upon completing this course, students will be able to effectively engage targets at various distances.
